Chocolate Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, but not dry. Beat in cream of tartar and sugar by tablespoons.
    Line in well-greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until delicately brown.
    Cool thoroughly.
