Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. raw carrots, shredded
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Then add the next 7 ingredients and beat until smooth.
Stir in the coconut, nuts, pineapple and carrots with a mixing spoon.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
