Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 venison roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    Worcestershire sauce
    sliced bacon
Preparation
    Combine tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and chopped onion.
    Place the roast on a large sheet of foil in baking dish and cover with bacon slices.
    Pour the tomato sauce mixture over roast.
    Fold and seal foil around the roast. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
