Chicken "N" Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up fryer
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 pkg. tortillas, cut in strips
    1 stalk celery
    2 green onions
    3 cloves garlic
    dash of thyme
    dash of Accent
    pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Cover chicken with water.
    Add broth.
    Bring to boil, then reduce to medium heat.
    Add diced celery, onions and garlic.
    Add salt, pepper, Accent and poultry seasoning to taste.
    Cook all ingredients for 1 hour.
    Then bring to another boil and drop tortilla strips into pot, then simmer for 10 minutes while stirring with a fork to keep dumplings from sticking.
    Serves 4 to 5 people.
