Sweet And Sauer Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Preparation

Combine beef, seasonings, chestnuts and milk; form into meatballs.
Roll in flour and cook in frying pan in butter over medium heat, turning until all sides are brown and cooked through.
