Fancy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. baby carrots or carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
    3/4 c. scallions or green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook carrots in boiling water until tender (7 to 9 minutes).
    Add scallions; cook 2 minutes.
    Drain well. Stir in margarine, honey and salt; heat thoroughly.
    Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
