Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. drained pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 in layers for 25 to 30 minutes or maybe a little longer (three 9-inch layer pans) or at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes for a tube pan.
The time for a 9 x 13-inch pan is 45 to 60 minutes.
