Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag hash browns (frozen; diced chunk style)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. butter for top
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except for butter and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish and dot with butter and Parmesan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
