Mother'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    1/2 c. distilled vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    2 onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on until done, but firm.
    When cool, remove skins and slice thin.
    In one bowl, mix vinegar, oil, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
    In another bowl, put onions and parsley.
    Add cut potatoes alternately with onions, parsley and vinegar mix.
    Toss from pan to pan to mix.
    Stirring well, mush potatoes.
    Let set at least 24 hours in refrigerator before serving.
