Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium-sized ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1/4 to 1 1/8 oz.)
    2 cans plain or jalapeno-flavored bean dip (10 1/2 oz.)
    1 large bunch green onions
    3 medium-sized tomatoes
    2 cans pitted ripe olives (3 1/2 oz.)
    1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
    large round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium-sized bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in bowl.
