Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. apples, sliced (Rome variety)
3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Arrange sliced apples into unbaked pie shell.
Mix the remaining 6 ingredients together and pour over apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
