The Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and put in Ziploc bag.
Score and fold flank steak; add to marinade in bag.
Allow to marinate several hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
(If marinated in refrigerator, allow to come to room temperature before cooking.)
Marinade can be reused.
