Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (fine)
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together.
    Form into balls.
    Brown. Drain fat.
    Add soup over meat.
    Stir.
    Simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
    May double.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
