Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 plus 1 Tbsp. butter
    11 Tbsp. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 qt. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and mix well.\tReserve 1 cup of\tflour.\tSift
    remainder of flour with baking powder and salt. Add
    flour\tmixture
    alternately with milk to first mixture. Sprinkle
    blueberries
    with
    the
    reserved flour and stir in lightly.
    Bake
    in\tgreased
    muffin
    pans, filled 2/3 full, at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
