Beef And Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 count corn tortillas
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 can evaporated milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Mix Velveeta cheese, pimentos, green chilies, cream of chicken soup, milk and enchilada sauce.
    Heat slowly until cheese has melted.
    Brown meat while soup mixture is cooking.
