Secret Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Place chocolate, sugar and milk in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
Let melt, stirring occasionally.
When completely melted, remove from heat and stir in butter, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Add vanilla.
Serve warm.
