Nancy'S Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can consomme
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 c. sour cream
parsley
Preparation

Brown ground beef with the onion.
Drain off excess fat.
Add consomme, lemon juice and garlic.
Simmer while cooking noodles. Drain noodles and add to meat sauce.
Stir in sour cream 5 minutes before serving.
Pour into serving dish.
Sprinkle with parsley.
