Cheesy Grits Casserole(Breakfast Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick grits
    1/2 lb. butter
    10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
    3 tsp. seasoning salt
    2 eggs
    3 - 4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook grits in water, add butter and cheddar cheese and seasoning salt.
    In a separate bowl, stir 2 eggs.
    Mix in slowly to the grits mixture.
    Put in 9 x 13 casserole and cook for 1 hour at 350.
    Can be made the night before and bake the following morning.
