Mexican Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16 oz.) cans white corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped red or green pepper
1 pkg. taco seasoning or chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate.
