Lemon Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) lemon flavored cake mix
    1 egg
    4 oz. frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
    1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and topping (batter will be very stiff).
    Drop teaspoonful of dough into confectioners sugar.
    Roll into 1 inch balls, using sugar to keep dough from sticking to hands.
    Place balls of dough 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown.
    Transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
