Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Oysters
2 pkgs. Premium Saltines
1\\4 lb. Butter
2 pts. Milk
Salt and Pepper
Preparation

Cut oysters in pieces. Put layer of oysters in bottom of 2 quart baking dish. Add layer of crumbled saltines, slices of butter and shake of salt and pepper. Repeat 4 times, ending with saltines. Pour milk till soaked through.
Seperate mixture with knife and add more milk until all is moist. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-35 min.
