Sweet Potato Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Mash potatoes; stir in butter.
Add remaining ingredients except marshmallows; mix well.
Turn into lightly greased 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with marshmallows; bake 10 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
