Creamy Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 cube steaks
    flour
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    Place onion in bottom of a 4-quart crock-pot.
    Dredge steaks in flour.
    Layer and season as you go.
    Spread cream of mushroom soup over meat.
    Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (high 3 to 5 hours).
