Mary'S Chili Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. lean pork roast
    1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili (no beans)
    few dashes of hot sauce
Preparation
    Brown roast on all sides in frypan. Place meat in 2-quart covered pan. Add rest of ingredients. Place in 325\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Remove. Slice and serve with rice and refried beans and tortillas. Serves 6 to 8 people.
