Sloppy Jo Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) refrigerator biscuits
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Add salt, garlic powder, catsup and sour cream.
    Mix.
    Separate dough. Press each biscuit to a 4 x 4-inch square.
    Put 1/4 cup mixture on
    center of each square and fold over to make triangle and seal edges with fork.
    Cut 3 slits on top and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
