Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
    3 slices day old bread, toasted
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Cook the celery and onions in butter.
    Blend in flour.
    Butter toast and cut into 1/2-inch squares.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes and top with buttered bread.
    Bake 20 minutes longer.
