German Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 medium potatoes, diced
    1 (30 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can tomato juice
    salt, pepper and chili powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain grease.
    Boil potatoes and onion until tender; drain liquid.
    Combine all ingredients and simmer 1 to 2 hours or until ready to serve.
