Sweetheart Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 medium jar maraschino cherries, diced
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    2 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatin
    2 c. sugar
    1 small can Angel Flake coconut
    1 pkg. pecans
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese with diced cherries and cherry juice.
    Cream until smooth.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/3 cup warm water and make sure to stir as you mix to prevent lumps.
    Have pineapple and sugar heating on stove.
    When hot, pour gelatin into pineapple.
    Cook until almost boiling.
