Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken strips
    1 small onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. bag frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots)
    cooked rice (to serve 4)
Preparation
    Cut up chicken strips and fry in a small amount of oil.
    Add onions, mixed vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are barely tender, stirring occasionally so it won't stick.
    Add soup and cook until steaming hot.
    Serve over rice.
