Gertie'S Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild or hot sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain thoroughly.
    In a double boiler or microwave melt cheese; cool slightly.
    Stir in crumbled sausage and Bisquick.
    Form into 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until brown.
    Or, freeze balls before baking, then bake as needed.
    Yield:
    75 to 100.
