Twinkie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box SuperMoist yellow cake mix
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bake yellow cake mix in a 13 x 9-inch pan (according to package directions) and let cool.
In saucepan, cook water and cornstarch until clear; let cool.
Add powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla.
Whip until fluffy.
Cut cake into 2 layers with piece of thread.
Spread filling between layers.
