Cranberry Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cranberries, cut in half
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, sugar, butter, eggs and milk (half at a time) and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add cranberries and nuts last.
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
