Whole Grain Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. canola or vegetable oil
    vegetable cooking spray
    garnishes: fresh strawberries, thinly sliced ham
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine egg whites, milk and oil.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Let stand for 20 minutes.
