Ingredients

8 oz. wide egg noodles
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs, separated
1 pt. sour cream (at room temperature)
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Meanwhile, beat together the butter and cream cheese until blended.
Add egg yolks and sour cream and beat, scraping bowl and beaters several times until smooth.
Fold in the cooked, drained noodles.
With a clean beater, beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in.
