Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie shell
3 - 4 lg. tomatoes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
fresh basil leaves
Preparation
-
Bake pie shell 400 for 7 minutes.
Put basil on bottom of pie shell, peel tomatoes and cut up.
Add rest of ingredients to tomatoes and fold together.
