Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    3 medium or 4 small zucchini, sliced
    2 medium green peppers
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 regular size jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, sliced
    sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top
Preparation
    Take sausage from casing and brown.
    Bring water to boil and add sliced zucchini.
    Parboil for a few minutes.
    Chop and saute green pepper.
    Slice zucchini, some of the spices, onion, pepper, 2 cheeses and sauce.
    Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
