Prune Sunburst - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped and toasted
1 c. prunes, cooked and chopped
2/3 c. coconut, toasted
Preparation

Whip whipping cream, gradually adding sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
Fold
in\tprunes,
pineapple,
coconut and nuts. Chill several hours before serving.
Yield: 6 servings.
