Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a plastic food storage bag. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan; discard bag.
Bake at 400\u00b0, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley. Makes about 8 servings.
