Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel, cook and mash potatoes.
    Add rest of ingredients and beat well.
    These potatoes may be frozen or refrigerated before use.
    Approximately 1 hour before baking, add a little milk to fluff and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
