Lemon Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 medium potatoes
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation

Wash potatoes, slice potatoes lengthwise.
Place in baking dish with white facing up.
Mix lemon juice, water and olive oil.
Pour over potatoes, salt and pepper, then dot with butter.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour or until tender.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
Good with Lemon Chicken.
