Grandma'S Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. wheat germ
    4 Tbsp. sesame seed
    4 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, sift first 4 ingredients, then stir in next 6.
    Beat together the last 3 items, then pour into dry ingredients.
    Stir to blend.
    Fill muffin cups and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
