Fried Rice With Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 1/2 c. broth or water
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. shredded or sliced cabbage
    2 eggs, scrambled
Preparation
    Combine chicken, salt and soy sauce and let stand for 15 minutes.
    In a large skillet, add cooking oil and rice.
    Brown until lightly browned.
    Add chicken and broth; cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until rice is tender.
    Uncover and add vegetables; simmer 5 to 10 minutes longer and then add scrambled eggs.
