Zucchini Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. granola type cereal
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs; beat in sugar, honey, butter and vanilla.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
    Stir until just evenly moistened.
    Stir in granola and nuts.
    Add zucchini.
    Spoon into muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
