Herbed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. shelled peas
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. savory
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute the green onions in the butter in a saucepan for 5 minutes, or until they are tender, but not browned.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly and cook over low heat for 25 minutes, or until peas are tender.
    Serves 4.
