Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. black beans, soaked overnight
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large bell pepper, diced
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 bay leaves
    1 ham hock
    1 bottle small Pompeian olive oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients.
    Cook on low heat for 4 hours, adding water.
    Remove from heat; let cool.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Next day, cook until broth starts to thicken and beans are very tender.
    Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and salt to taste, stirring well.
    Serve with rice.
