Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, sliced
    onions, sliced
    zucchini, sliced
    tomatoes, sliced
    Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    butter
    buttered bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Spray casserole with Pam. Slice potatoes and layer once on bottom of dish. Layer sliced onions once. Layer sliced zucchini once. Layer sliced tomatoes once. Layer with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Dot with butter. Repeat layering. Top with buttered bread crumbs or cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are fork tender.
