Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red or pink salmon
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 egg
    1/8 c. horseradish
    1/8 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix together and shape into patties or croquettes.
    Fry on both sides.
    Adjust amounts to size can of salmon.
    Add chili sauce or ketchup on top.
