Hot Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can purple plums
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    2 diced bananas
    1 c. Royal Ann cherries
    1 c. dark cherries
    1 c. sliced peaches
    1 c. diced pears
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 to 2 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Melt together in saucepan the butter, brown sugar and applesauce.
    Drain all fruit.
    Butter casserole.
    Mix fruit together and add applesauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes. Add topping of 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Reheat.
    This is delicious!
