Butternut Squash, Orange And Ginger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 butternut squash (medium size)
    chicken stock or broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes in water
    orange rind and juice
    1 tsp. minced ginger root
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    allspice to season
Preparation
    Peel and remove seeds from squash.
    Chop and boil in chicken broth until tender.
    Blend.
    Return to stove; add other ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes.
