Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk
2 c. pecans
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil milk and sugars to boil stage (240\u00b0).
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Remove from heat.
Add butter, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until mixture begins to stick to sides of saucepan, then pour into patties.
Make only one recipe at a time because it hardens as you get finished.
